We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.

We will NOT sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will NOT share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request of a donation.  We do use a reputable, secure 3rd party processing company through our bank in order to process donations on our donation page.  The information collected on this page is just for that.  It is not sold or used for any other purpose.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to address an issue with a donation you made, to tell you about our current ministry, ministry updates or changes to this privacy policy.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or donor relations) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

When you use our donation page, it is submitted to our processing company under the strictest of security in order to process.  Donations require personal information to process.  We request information from you on our donation page. To donate to us, you must provide contact information (like name, address, email) and financial information (like checking account or credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for donation purposes and to fill your request to donate. If we have trouble processing a donation, we’ll use this information to contact you.

We do not have any access to or ability to see any sensitive account information.  When making a donation, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address).  This information is used to contact you about the donation you made or about the ministry you are donating to.  It is not used for any other purpose.

AFCI-USA sends out periodic email newsletters as well as a year-end print newsletter via mail to anyone interested.  You may request a copy by emailing us at [email protected].  If you wish to subscribe to our emailed or mailed newsletter, we ask for contact information such as your name and email address.  We do not use this information for any other purpose other than to send the newsletter to you.
