Leader – A Definition, Part III: Influencing People for God’s Purpose

A godly leader is someone who has a God given capacity and a God given responsibility, who is influencing a group of God’s people towards God’s purpose for those people. In part III, Dan and I discuss what it means for a leader to influence people. First, we discuss what God’s ultimate purpose and goal is for His people. And second, we discuss how a leader practically does the work of influence: by modeling and teaching.
