Leader – A Definition, Part I: Divine Capacity

Everyone seems to have a different idea of what a leader is. Is everyone a leader? Can every one at least become a leader? In this episode, Dan and I give a definition for a godly leader and begin to unpack the first element of the definition: divine capacity. Simply put, not everyone has the capacity to be a leader. There is nothing wrong with God designed hierarchy.
