Personal Background
Gary O’Malley is a leadership and team building specialist who has created and facilitated corporate training programs at AT&T, Coca-Cola, Disney, International Paper, Kimberly Clark, Northeast Utilities and Southern Company. He has trained more than 250,000 people in over 800 organizations at business meetings and conventions in North America, Europe, and Africa since 1981.
He has served on the Board of Directors for Ambassadors for Christ International for 12 years and is committed to helping people worldwide learn and live Christ.
In addition to corporate training, Gary also works with churches and other Christ-centered organizations helping men and women find God’s purpose and plan for their lives.
Gary and his wife, Dr. Kathryn O’Malley, live in Blairsville, Georgia. They have three children, four grandchildren and enjoy boating and international travel.
Ministry Focus
OnPath Living is a biblically-based, work and life assessment program designed to provoke thinking and foster strategic renewal, personally and professionally.
Whether it be a retreat weekend or an eight-week small group format (2 hours per meeting), participants come away from the experience with a greater understanding of their unique giftedness, transferable skills, personal and professional interests, life purpose, career objective and long and short-term goals.
